Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking a service with Lunar Power Washing. By scheduling a cleaning, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
Lunar Power Washing provides residential garbage bin cleaning services in DuPage, Cook, Lake & Kane County, Illinois. Our services include power washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing of outdoor trash, recycling, yard waste, and compost bins. All plans include up to 2 bins per visit. Additional bins may be added for $16 each per visit. Service availability is subject to your location within our service area.
2. Scheduling & Access
By booking a service, you agree to: • Have your bins placed at the curb or driveway following your regular trash pickup, prior to your scheduled cleaning • Ensure bins are emptied before our arrival • Provide accurate address and contact information at the time of booking You do not need to be present during the cleaning. We will clean and return your bins to the same location.
3. Pricing & Payment
Current service pricing: • One-Time Clean Plan — $55 (up to 2 bins) • Monthly Plan — $40/month (up to 2 bins) • Quarterly Plan — $45/quarter (up to 2 bins) • Additional bins — $16 each per visit Prices are subject to change. We will notify existing customers of any pricing changes before they take effect. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule a service: • Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee • Recurring plan customers may pause or cancel their plan at any time with no long-term commitment or cancellation fees To cancel or reschedule, call or text us at (224) 663-8745 or email [email protected].
5. Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean your bins at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning service itself and does not cover pre-existing damage, staining that cannot be removed by pressure washing, or issues caused by factors outside our control.
6. Weather & Service Delays
We operate in most weather conditions. However, in the event of severe weather (heavy storms, extreme cold, or unsafe road conditions), we may need to reschedule your appointment. If a reschedule is necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date at no additional cost to you.
7. Property & Liability
We take great care when working on your property. However, Lunar Power Washing is not liable for: • Pre-existing damage to bins, driveways, or surrounding areas • Damage caused by bins that are overfilled, structurally compromised, or improperly placed • Loss or damage to items left inside bins at the time of service Please ensure bins are empty and free of hazardous materials before your scheduled cleaning.
8. Hazardous Materials
For the safety of our technicians and equipment, we are unable to clean bins that contain or have recently contained: • Hazardous chemicals, solvents, or flammable materials • Medical or biohazardous waste • Asbestos or other regulated materials If we arrive and determine a bin is unsafe to clean, we reserve the right to skip that bin without a refund for that portion of the service.
9. Wastewater Disposal
All wastewater generated during our cleaning process is collected in our self-contained unit and disposed of at an approved facility in compliance with local regulations. We do not discharge wastewater onto your property, into storm drains, or onto public streets.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
